TTL OUTPUT (0-5 VDC)
1200 baud
blank digits output as ASCII zeros
speed lock flashes on radar, but not
on output (locked display shows steadily)
16 bit IDLE word (16 high bits)
11 bit data words
data word structure:
1 start bit (low signal)
8 data bits
2 (TWO) stop bits (high signals)
LSB first (least significant bit of each word)
ASCII stream:
WORD 1 - Target hundreds digit
WORD 2 - Target tens digit
WORD 3 - Target ones digit
WORD 4 - Target hundreds digit
WORD 5 - Target tens digit
WORD 6 - Target ones digit
WORD 7 - CR (carriage return)
WORD 8 - IDLE
