THE WAR ON SPAM

COMING IN 2007 -- PLEASE UPDATE YOUR RECORDS

We strongly reccomend that you save ONLY our telephone number and web site addresses, www.RadarCo.com and www.AIS.us and come to these sites to contact us through the Internet. Contact telephone numbers and private (unpublished) e-mail addresses will be provided to law enforcement agencies upon request.

Because of the ever increasing spam load we receive, we will soon be implementing a messenger service which will allow you to send messages directly from this site to our office. After that time, all of our current e-mail addresses will pass through a challenge-response system. Thus, if you continue using our current e-mail addresses after that time, you will be required to respond to a “challenge” to verify that your message is being sent from a real address. This may involve having to send you message to a temporary e-mail address that is provided in the automatic reply, or other means.

The messenger service will allow you to file support tickets on line, and connect directly to our office (“live chat”) when our office computer is connected to the Internet!

This system will also provide us with origination information so we will know exactly who has connected (origin ISP name and account code). This will allow us to block any accounts that might attempt to spam this system.
